We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Program Manager to lead a critical Quote to Cash Implementation project. This role is essential for driving our global initiative to implement a new subscription billing and revenue recognition platform, as well as a new contract lifecycle management tool. You will work closely with our implementation partner and the Transformation Office Lead, focusing on the entire Billing Domain, including Order Management, Billing Management, and Revenue Recognition.

Responsibilities:

  • IT Transformation Leadership: Lead end-to-end IT transformation programs, with a strong emphasis on the billing domain.
  • Partner Liaison: Act as the primary IT liaison to our implementation partner, ensuring seamless alignment on system design, configuration, and delivery timelines.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with the Transformation Office Lead to align technical execution with strategic program milestones and change management plans.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive coordination across Finance, Sales, and IT to ensure the completeness and consistency of solution design.
  • Risk Management: Proactively track, escalate, and resolve delivery risks or blockers related to order-to-cash functionality and milestones.
  • Documentation & Validation: Ensure that functional and technical documentation aligns with business requirements and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive IT Transformation Experience: Proven track record of leading complex IT transformation programs, particularly within the billing domain.
  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Order Management, Billing Management, and Revenue Recognition processes.
  • Strong Leadership & Communication: Exemplary leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and serve as a primary liaison. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to align technical execution with strategic program milestones and change management plans. Strong analytical skills to facilitate decision-making on system capabilities and business process design.
  • Technical & Compliance Acumen: Understanding of system design, configuration, and delivery timelines, including integration and data flow impacts on financial reporting and compliance (e.g., SOX, audit standards).
  • PMP Certification: Professional certification in project management (PMP) is required.
  • Preferred Technical Proficiency: Experience with tech stacks such as Salesforce CPQ, various billing and revenue recognition platforms, Ironclad, Avalara, NetSuite, and Mavenlin
